In conjunction with David Lederman of Streetwood Management Inc., we will analyze your risks, rewards, costs and potential returns of prospective residential and commercial developments as we have for major real estate developers on modest to major projects. Mr. Lederman is a Registered Architect (NY) and NCARB certified with extensive experience and expertise in design, development, and construction management on major projects in the New York metro area.
Lighting Design
Scott M. Watson, IALD, Lighting Consultant, is an experienced lighting designer for discerning commercial, institutional, and residential clients.
Mr. Watson creatively applies inspired and appropriate lighting techniques, using energy-efficient approaches that fit the needs of each client and project, from historic preservation to modern LEED-qualified projects, for renovations, additions, and new construction.
For the past 25 years, Scott has designed lighting and control systems for hotels, restaurants, office building lobbies, executive office suites, theatres, retail stores and malls, court houses, academic and health-care facilities, houses of worship, and residences of all sizes, styles and complexity.
